Josie joined Yale Ventures and Yale Planetary Solutions in September 2026. As Portfolio Manager for the Planetary Solutions Impact Accelerator, she works with Yale faculty and founders to advance promising technologies addressing climate change and other planetary challenges. She supports accelerator programming, connects research teams with resources and expertise, and helps build relationships across Yale’s innovation ecosystem and beyond.
Josie previously served as Environmental Innovation Fellow at the Yale Center for Business and the Environment and Tsai Center for Innovative Thinking at Yale, where she led climate innovation programs and supported student entrepreneurs. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Yale University, where her research focused on materials and molecular systems for solar fuels.
