About Sonam:
Sonam Sah is a graduate student in Environmental Science at the University of New Haven and a Graduate Research Assistant in ecology, focusing on wetland systems, biomass quantification, carbon sequestration, and drone-based remote sensing.
Originally from Nepal, she brings a global perspective to her work on climate and sustainability. She serves as Campus Director for the Hult Prize at the University of New Haven, leading student-driven innovation to address global challenges. Her creative work explores the intersection of science and storytelling, using climate fiction to reimagine environmental narratives and make complex issues more accessible.
